I’m surprised no one got hurt in this video! Allow for some space between the kids so no one gets kicked in the face. This activity works on core and shoulder strength as well as coordination. It’s a very good workout so it doesn’t generally last that long. For one child, they can kick against a wall or you can toss/kick it to them. For two chidren, they can kick to each other. Oh the fun that can be had with a balloon!
